1. Battersea Park Fireworks
Battersea Park’s annual fireworks extravaganza is back with a series of spectacular displays, a roaring bonfire to huddle round (on Saturday), and an entire market of street food stalls to pick up a winter warmer or two. This year, they’re making the most of the affair with live music and DJ sets spinning until 11pm, and classic fairground rides including dodgems and a Ferris wheel to take in the vibrant lights from above.

2. Waltham Forest Light Show Spectacular
Waltham Forest is turning the traditional firework night on its head with their Light Show Spectacular - yep, we’re talking an eco-friendly alternative that is just as beautiful. This spectacular promises to drench the walls of the 1930s town hall in eye-catching animations, stunning light beams, and an illuminated fountain production that’ll engage your senses. But before you watch the magic unfold, be sure to fuel up on KERB-approved street food and winter warmers like mulled cider from Big Penny Socials pop-up bar.

3. Barnes Bonfire Night
This weekend, you’ll get the chance to light the bonfire at Barnes Bonfire Night - that is, if you bring along the ‘Best Guy’ for their annual competition. Flames aside, prepare to have a boogie with live music from The Connection and special DJ sets, indulge in the BBQ’d hot dogs and burgers as well as mulled drinks from the bar, and catch the truly stunning firework display over the Thames.

4. Richmond Athletic Ground Fireworks Night
Richmond’s Athletics Grounds are being transformed for their annual fireworks extravaganza - and if we’re going by last year's spectacular, it’s set to be a sight to behold. Bring together your family and friends to enjoy tons of food traders, mulled wine stands, live entertainment, and countless funfair rides before the grand Phoenix Fireworks show kicks off at 7pm.

5. Fawkes Festival
The deafening boom of fireworks isn't everyone’s cup of tea, so the team behind Fawkes Festival are offering an eye-catching alternative that is no less spectacular to watch. Touching down in Ravenscourt Park and Bishops Park, Londoners will have the chance to watch what it described as a “15 minute lights-laser-sound extravaganza”, but if that’s not your scene then the presence of flames and state-of-the-art sky trackers may sway your opinion. Of course, no bonfire night would be complete without a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows, and you’ll find this cosy treat from plentiful drinks vendors on the night.

6. Ally Pally’s Fireworks Festival
We couldn’t mention Bonfire night without mentioning Ally Pally now, could we? The ‘Glastonbury of Fireworks’ making a spectacular return this weekend, and Londonders are guaranteed to have a blast tuning into live music, legendary DJ sets from the likes of Fat Tony and DJ Spoony, and their famous fireworks display that lights up the city skyline. Whether you’re just interested in the colourful extravaganza or you want to make a night of it, there’s ticket options with entry to the German Bier Festival and even the chance to glide the night away on their wintery ice rink.
