1. Queen's House Ice Rink
What if we told you you can ice skate in front of a UNESCO World Heritage Site? That’s right, Greenwich’s infamous ice rink is making a grand return just in time for the holidays - and it’s surrounded by some of the neighbourhood’s architectural wonders. Glide and twirl to the beautiful views of Greenwich Park and glittering lights of Canary Wharf, and considering it’s located in front of the Queen's House, you’ll get a pretty sweet view of that too. Bookings are now open, so be sure to arrange a magical date for you and your loved ones this season.
FYI: Love the idea of ice skating, but prone to stage fright? No sweat. The rink offers relaxed sessions free from large crowds, so you can skate, or cling to the edge, in peace. Timeslots are available on certain dates only.
