The menu is packed with creative flavours reflective of both chef's unique backgrounds, featuring dishes such as Seared Queen Scallop in Cantonese-style XO sauce, and even a dish inspired by Sharp's street food venture - a delicious brown butter hash brown topped with aged beef sirloin tartar.
